The Wintergreen real estate Smart Map is provided free of charge by Ty Dwyer of Re/Max Assured. It is a useful tool for visitors searching for property in Wintergreen and Nelson County Virginia. The map displays All lots, condos and homes available for sale in the Wintergreen area with a mappable address. The map is a powerful feature based on the ground breaking technology created by Google. Below are tips for effectively using this new tool.

How to use this map:
1. Use the Area Options at the top to display the properties in areas you are interested in.
2. Use the navigation elements on the top left quadrant of the map to pan left, right, up and down. You can also use these contorols to zoom in or out of the area you are viewing.
3. Use the buttons on the top right postion of the map to switch between map and satellite views. This is very cool feature that allows you to see the Wintergreen ski slopes and golf course as pictured from space.
4. Click on a marker to see details of the listing.
